The entrance opens onto a library and a comfortable living room with sofa, television and fireplace. Guest restrooms.
The main room, open to the sea, includes a living room (6-seater sofa, 4 armchairs, table football) and a dining room for 14 people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, wine cellar, wine cellar, wine cellar, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster. Direct access to the terrace and pool.
Ground floor rooms:
Bedroom 1 (sea view): 140 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom with shower and sink.
Parental suite (sea view, pool access): 160 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom with bath, shower, double sink, separate toilet.
